What is Concierge Therapy?
1 / The Concierge Approach
Concierge therapy is the pinnacle of individualized, therapeutic support. This model doesn’t allow insurance companies to dictate how many sessions a client can have, the frequency, or the nature of the treatment. This means our clients receive the highest quality care, the kind that traditional therapy models aspire to, but are typically unable to provide due to competing factors.
2 / How It Works
Clients have direct access to their therapist seven days a week, from 8 AM - 8 PM, including holidays. All communications are answered personally by their practitioner, who is generally able to return texts, calls, or emails within two hours (unless discussed in advance.) This means that clients can reach out in moments of distress for professional guidance with anxiety, triggers, and overwhelming emotions in real-time, outside of scheduled sessions.
3 / Personalized Attention & Focus
Unlike providers with large case loads, our service is only offered to a limited number of clients at a time so that we can work deeply with each person and provide the highest quality client care and support. Additionally, sessions do not follow a proscribed or artificial formula; therapy is collaborative and always reflects what our clients needs are in the moment.
